1. How soon do I need to be settled in my new home?

2. How long have I been looking for a new home?

3. Have I seen any homes that I have liked?

4. If Connie found the right home for me in 2-3 days, what would I do?

At what STAGE am I in the buying process?

1. Stage One: Looking at newspaper ads, open houses, driving neighborhoods, looking on my own and pretty happy doing this.

2. Stage Two: Kind of tired of Stage One and would like to seriously look for specific homes that meet my requirements.

3. Stage Three: I’m ready to make a move, find the right home, and enter into an agreement to purchase in the next two to three days!
